Best Way Foam maintains a commitment to complete customer satisfaction. While we believe totally in the quality of our products and their benefits to you, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days, subject to the following conditions.
Email email@example.com with any return inquiry. Returning any product to Best Way Foam will require approval.
Returns must be within 30 days from the day the product was received.
Best Way Foam will not charge a restocking fee, but the customer will be responsible for shipping charges unless the product has failed according to the parameters below. In the case of out of spec product, all costs will be covered.
The foam is considered a failure if the dimensions are more than ¼ inch plus or minus the ordered dimensions.
The foam is considered a failure if the cushion loses more than 25% of its height or firmness within the first 30 days.
Goods are damaged upon receipt.
